01
Brands
Campaigns, budgets and measurement
How exactly does Phenomens work?
You open a campaign, write its playbook (the brief) and set your budget and the rate you pay per 1,000 views (CPM). Creators join your campaign and post videos on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts. You pay only for the views those videos actually get.
Is there a minimum spend or monthly fee?
None of these on the Standard plan. Top up your balance, set daily and total budgets and pause whenever you like. The Pro plan has a minimum spend commitment of $100 a month, but the full amount goes into your campaign balance; there is no separate subscription fee.
Can I choose which creators join my campaign?
Yes. You can open your campaign to everyone (open to all) or review applications one by one (by approval). You can also require draft approval before videos go live. On the Pro plan you can pick creators yourself and invite them directly.
How are views measured?
Once a creator submits the post link, the video’s views are pulled from the platform at regular intervals. In your dashboard you follow views from the last 24 hours and the last 60 minutes, total views, realised CPM and your best-performing content, live.
How many creators can I work with?
There’s no upper limit. You can start with a single creator or with hundreds. When your budget is spent the campaign pauses automatically, so you never pay beyond it.
Can I use the videos in ads?
Videos are published on the creator’s own account and collect organic views. We’re working on a feature that turns your best-performing content into ads in one click. It’s coming soon.
02
Creators
Joining, codes and content
Is there a follower minimum?
No. You can start even with a brand-new account; many creators open a separate account for a topic or a brand. Your earnings depend on the views your video gets, not on your follower count.
Do I have to show my face?
No. Plenty of campaigns accept faceless videos, screen recordings and slideshow/carousel templates. The format label on each campaign card shows what the brand expects.
Who can join?
Anyone who is 18 or older and has a TikTok, Instagram or YouTube account.
What is a creator code and what does it do?
When you sign up, you get a personal code such as #PHN7K3M. You add this hashtag to the caption of your campaign videos, which is how views are credited to your account. Don’t forget to add it.
How much can I earn?
Each campaign’s rate per 1,000 views is shown on its campaign card. There’s no cap on your earnings: the more your video is watched, the more you earn (within the campaign’s budget).
Where do I get video ideas?
Every campaign has a playbook: what to talk about, example videos, hooks that work and the rules. Interpret the template in your own style; original videos always get more views than exact copies.
03
Payments
Balance, withdrawals and security
How do I withdraw my earnings?
Once your balance reaches at least $5.05, you create a withdrawal request in the dashboard. Your balance is kept in US dollars (USD); the payout goes to the bank account (IBAN) registered in your name, and the amount is converted from USD at the exchange rate on the day of approval.
How long do payouts take?
Once a withdrawal request has been reviewed, the amount reaches your IBAN within a few business days. You can track the status of your request in the dashboard.
How do brands pay?
Brands top up their account balance, and spend is deducted from it based on the views delivered. Daily and total budget limits make sure no brand spends more than planned.
How does Phenomens make money?
We keep a percentage of the CPM set by the brand as a platform fee; the rest goes directly to the creator. We don’t charge creators any membership or withdrawal fees.
What happens to fake views?
Content found to use bots, bought views or artificial engagement is removed from the campaign, and its earnings are not paid. Repeat offences lead to account closure. Brands pay only for real views.
Do I need to pay tax on my earnings?
Any taxes on your earnings are your responsibility. We recommend checking your situation with a tax advisor.
